I've heard pretty bad things about the profec II, so i dont think ill be going with it. THe profec E-01 (the one with the full display and all) looks appealing, but there isnt much info on here as to how it actually performs? Any opinions? Any other suggestions? thanks.

apexi avc-r is proven to be a good system, why not go for it?

 

i havent looked much into it, i will. Ive just heard so many bad things about the SFAC so i was kinda staying away from it. Ill check it out and see what I think. Any thoughts on the profec though?

are you talking about the SAFC? if you are, the AVC-R and SAFC are 2 totally different things. AVC-R is a boost controller and the SAFC is a ecu piggback.

 

I know, i know, but they're both electronic controllers made by the same companies and the bad things id heard about the SAFC didnt help the AVC-r.

Anyone use the HKS boost controllers?

 

SAFC works exactly how it is labeled to do.

i've never head anyone have any issues with AVC-R. it takes a bit to get used to, but the gear dependent boost is fun.

the HKS controller is good too.

 

there are two HKS controllers ive seen, which one would you be referring to?
