Default Problems with boosted Prelude

Ok, my Lude has been boosted for about a month or so now. I've been having trouble with the crankcase ventilation. Lately when I go for a little drive, my dipstick will blow out. It never did this before. Before I boosted my car I did a compression test and got an average of 200 psi. After I started having problems with the dipstick, I did another compression test. I was getting around 180 on cylinders 2,3,4 but on cylinder 1 I am getting about 80 psi. The car runs great besides the crankcase problem. I'm just wondering if anyone would happen to know why the dipstick is blowing out all of a sudden.

My engine is an H23A1 and it's stock internally. I rebuilt it not that long ago and have probably put about 7k miles on it. I'm going to do a leak down test later today. I just wanted to see if anyone might know the cause. Also, when I accelerate kind of hard the brake light in the dash comes on.

These are the possibilities I came up with:

The head gasket is allowing pressure to escape into the oil passages.

The ring lands on piston #1 are gone.

The valves need readjusted.

Right now my money is on the ring lands. I just hope I'm wrong.
