Default PROBLEM WITH MY B16a turbo

ok before when i got the turbo installed it was from a friend and it would work alright just running 310 injectors and not tuned but still wouldnt mess up. but then a week later it start acting up after pounding it. and now when i go up to 3k it starts making this vibrating noise (idk if its part of the problem because friend says its just my inserts) but if i got past 3k to shift it starts to get more boggy and then when i turn it off and then come back to it to turn on it will idle high up to like 2k and drop to like 1600 then when i press on the gas it would drop then die out. the only way this problem is fixed is when i let me car sit to cool down for awhile then it will start up normally. last time this happened to me i resetted my ecu and it was showing 23 and 16 i think so im gonna check those codes out right now. let me know if you have any ideas on what it might be

So your "pounding it" un tuned?

Fix your codes, get a wideband, and get it tuned.

everybody from forums hawaii is telling you the same thing bro. get your car tuned and dont drive it anymore until you do. yes you learned your lesson pounding it untuned but hopefully the problem is nothing big because like LS DX said" your going to cost yourself a lot of money" if you keep running it untuned.
