I believe someone here paid around $550 for the sleeve kit. Talk to 93lsivic, his block has darton sleeves.

well i just got off the phone with Darton and the tech person told me that they dont carry the prokit for the h23. the closed deck sleeves they carry for the h23 are ductile iron cast and they do cost 46.18 each. They also told me that i just take the old sleeves in and drop in the new ones and i'll be set. Damn that just made my day. Now all i have to do is come up with 185 buck to get them.
Let the rebuilding begin

There are several product lines. You wont find a Pro-kit conversion like you will for the B-series. They quoted you ductile iron replaceement sleeves. A shop will have to press out the old ones and install the new ones. This is a very different process from the precision machine work needed for the Darton B series Pro-Kit, that's why its cheap. Get some quotes for the labor.

What is the max boost that these performance replacement sleeves can handle?

The pro-kits are rated to 60+psi. Usually you would be more concerned with your head seperating from the block before you reach a boost level where it would be a concern. I dont know the max operating limits of replacement sleeves.
