Pressure in the head!?!?!?

Pressure in the head!?!?!?
Recently boosted my civic, cutting a long story short, my camshaft seal (cam gear side) popped out and oil leaked out. The camshaft seal was fine.
After unplugging the breather on the rocker cover, i noticed a lot of pressure in the head.
Car "seems" to run ok.
First thoughts are piston ring is worn or perished.
Could anyone shed any light...?
Thanks and regards,
Carlip.

inadequate crankcase ventilation
Search for thread created by dasher for more info on what to do.
You need more ventilation, endyn breather kit, ports welded onto valvecover.
READ DASHER's THREAD.
and for gods sake search, this topic has seriously been covered a billion times.
