Very simple.
Get an exhaust manifold that 1) fits for your power goals and use with the size turbocharger you need, and 2) doesn't eliminate the power steering bracket completely. So that means no using top mount manifolds, and if using a kooks-style manifold (aka "Ramhorn") only trim the power steering bracket and use a shorter bolt to keep it in place.

Re: Power Steering with forced induced B16a
I do underdrive the pump with a larger pulley since the motor turns 8800rpm as a precautionary means of sparing the pump. It has survived 7000 miles and 30+ 1/4 mile passes.
The manifold is a Full-Race Prostreet T3/44mm gate.
