Default power loss????

i have a b16a t3/t4 drag turbo setup in my crx. i just bought the car it uses an fmu, has 330 injectors i think. I feel the turbo boost up around 3-4k but i loose all power around 5.5-6k. i have no idea what it is thats making me drop power. my buddy in a 01 1.7 civic kept side by side with me on a roll on the highway. this isnt possible. my b16 should take him by itself. Im going to take it to a tuning shop next week. but before i spend my money i wanted to see if you guyys had any easy solutions for this big problem i have! It almost feels like motor chokes out when going up into the rpm range. Maybe it just needs a better fuel management system. it should run atleast around 200hp with stock ecu and fmu, am i right or what? the drag turbo website says the setup is good for 100 hp over stock. by the way my friend kept up with me on the highway makes me believe im in the low 100 hp range

convert to obd1 and put hondata in it. have it properly tuned, put in the proper size injectors, remove the fmu, leak down test it and boost leak test it.
