Default Potential problems

Okay, I've been reading the boards for awhile now and come across good topics/responses. I was reading the AEM thread started by Luis(https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=145281&page=3). I get to page 3 and started to read about max cylinder pressue and degrees after/before TDC. What the hell is this and how can I determine what I'll need. You see I'm in a funny spot, I have a '99 Si w/ a built LS bottomend and a B20 head that is also worked. I don't have a LS specific ECU, so I'm going to start the car on the B16 ECU and get it to idle, then set base timing. Then I'll drive it over to the dyno, plug in the AEM and try to get the program(s) to work. Do I need to be concerned with the cylinder pressure stuff or is it predetermined with my program from AEM? Also should I be concerned with injector palse width and the other little things AEM allows me to control. Or should I just build off the AEM program get the car to run and get some miles on it, then go back for more refined tuning! Any help will be greatly appreciated, TIA Allen
