Default is it possible to clean an o2 sensor???

i've heard this from a few people on this forum.....but no one ever explained what to use...if this is possible can someone post what to use......i have a one month old o2 sensor and it went out before i changed out my broken fmu

I've heard of people cleaning o2 sensors by heating the **** out of them witha a propane torch to burn off any contaminates. It may work, Ive never done it.
