Hey all ive never posted here...i was just wondering how hard or if it is even possible to fix a blown turbo??? because i can get one for pratically free and i just want to know if there is a way to fix it to use it Thanks!!

if the wheels have touched the housings, no.

 

man that was ******* fast of a reply awesome and say the wheels didnt touch the housing...what would i need to do

 

best bet would be to ship it somewhere to have it rebuilt. Cheapturbo.com(pheonixturbo.com) seems to be one of the best places. Count on anywhere from $3-500 for a rebuild, depending on what all is wrong. Seem like a good deal now?

you can get new or close to new good working turbos for that price. So unless its absolutely free, might not be worth the headache
