Ported Vtec Solenoid??

wow i cant believe how much miss-information is being passed around on HT. you guys need some serious help.....

maybe i can help you guys out.

the only way you will see and performance benefit from a ported VTEC solenoid is by installing one of these at the same time: http://kalecoauto.com/index.ph...id=28

without it you are just wasting your time.

but after installing the flux capacitor you should use one of these: http://kalecoauto.com/index.ph..._id=2

it really helps with the exhaust flow.

but at the same time you should try these out also: http://kalecoauto.com/index.ph...id=14

and to go with those ignition wires you need these special plugs: http://kalecoauto.com/index.ph..._id=5

with everything installed you should see a 100+HP difference.

i swear it was like 1 in the morning last night when i read this i about fell out. 12 hour day at work, i was tired drinking a tall boy of coors when i read this, best part of my day yesterday.

I made similar gains by putting an intercooler on my windshiled washer resevoir.

Now just need to find the room to add yet another FMIC for my blinker fluid. . . .

make sure to upgrade your muffler bearings and use dot3 windshield wiper fluid. then you should be in good shape.
im surprised theres never been a question like this before on h-tl i think this thread should be stickied

yea you can do that..and grind the lobes down on your camshafts so they are perfect circles..that will help too..
