Default PLX M300 oxygen sensor replacement

Hi,

My PLX M300 oxygen sensor took a crap on me and I need to replace it. I did a search and it looks like I can simply go to a VW dealer and buy one there.

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1130718

In the tread above people posted a bunch of part numbers and I want to make sure I'm getting the right thing and that it will be plug and play.

On PLX's website it says Bosch LSU4.2 sensor.

Now there is VW written on my old sensor so I'm guessing I can just show up at the dealer and they will figure this out for me but better safe then sorry.

So if anyone just happens to have the part number. It would be greatly appreciated.

They usually sell for $70 on ebay. A dealer would probably charge $200+

Well I guess I'll go to the dealer tomorrow morning and if it's too expensive I'll order it online.

I need my car to go to work so I was hoping I could replace it quickly.

Or just order the sensor right from PLX.

Thanks for the info guys.

I went to the dealer this morning and it's 91$ CAD + taxes.

I bought it from the dealer because:

1- I don't have to wait for shipping.
2- I don't have to pay for shipping.
3- I wont get rape by custom fees. (They usualy are ridiculous!)

Thanks all for your help.
