Default which plugs to run?? help!

here's the deal. i have a 98 Civic EX with the Greddy sohc turbo kit, 270cc RC injectors, MSD6BTM, V-AFC, Mistu3KGT fuel pump... no IC for now.

anyway, what plugs should I get?

NGK - PZFR7F-11 .. platinum?
NGK - ZFR7F-11 .. Vcore?

what should they be gapped to? .032? .034?

thanks for the info guys!
