Re: Denso spark plugs w/ greddy kit (jdmacura)
Denso's last me about 4 miles before they die. I'd go NGK, or Autolite (perform like NGK with about 1/2 the lifespan), in one heat range colder or I'd drive something else until I had the correct plug. I might limp on Bosch to get a loved family member to the hospital, but Denso's are the absolute worst plug ever made.
BTW, run steel electrode plugs, I'm not fond of platinum junk and their weak spark and pinpoint tip that creates a hotspot in your combustion chamber and promotes detonation.

I have bin using Denso plugs in my DSM for about a year now and they work grate. Everyone has bin telling me to switch to NGK but the Denso works fine and i’ll continue using them. I’m sure you will be fine using them as well just be sure to gap them correctly.

Denso iridium plugs are very good. They will allow you to run 3-4 more psi without detonation. Dyno tested. If Richard Holdener's 200 mph civic runs them, I'M RUNNING THEM.

i agree, i had denso's and they sucked. i could actually feel the difference. the regular NGK's seem to work the best.

Re: Denso spark plugs w/ greddy kit (downpipe)
Well, I have zero experience with iridium plugs, and given their cost I never will. I'm glad cornbread had some good experience with Denso's, I'm just saying I went thru four sets and had the worst luck with them.
FYI, I have a lot of the domestic guys running NGK's now, they love 'em.

lol . Are they atleast 1 step colder? I don't know anything about denso's thats why I'm askin. If they are atleast 1 step colder you should be fine as long as you check them after boosting. How many psi will you be runnin?

I just fix a car that had a code 71,72,73,74 cly misfires. I swap them out for stock ngk and the CEL is gone.greddy also says not to use them with thier kits. call them if you dont believe me.

Re: Denso spark plugs w/ greddy kit (jdmacura)
yes those will work. so if you know of some that has a greddy kit and is have weird CEL. then try changing the plugs if they r iridiums. my friends car actually runs way better even under boost. i dont know what the deal is with the plugs but it is better. plus u can never go wrong with V-powers!!
