Default Plugs For JRSC

what are some good plugs for a prelude with a supercharger???

I have had good luck with NGK BKR 7 E-11 , Also my best HP was with ZEX plugs.

The one I posted is the copper, one step colder equivalent to the stock H22 plug. Most JRSC luders use it. The BKR7E-11 would work as well, but the electrode does not extend as far into the combustion chamber as the stock plug, whereas the ZFR7F does.
