no polarity does not matter and there is no + or - just opened or closed
for my own piece of mind i installed mine the same as the factory one means if the yellow/black was on the left it is wire to the left poll on the RC injector.

for my own piece of mind i installed mine the same as the factory one means if the yellow/black was on the left it is wire to the left poll on the RC injector.
