Very interesting turbo choice, not to say it won't perform well down low. BW has always had some of the best journal bearing turbos IMO, even if that S256 is an extremely antiquated design at this point.
Parts list looks good to me. Fuel pump?

The car will be fun, they are light and dont need much power. Next step save for a diff!
fuel pump is 535 i got in tank, wired and on 40 amp relay. -6 crimped teflon stainless braided lines all the way up ( I work in hydraulics) hunter tuned rail
thanks on the turbo choice. any guesses when it will light ???? im thinking 4-4500 ish ???? really hoping to get head CNC work .. get flow up , im thinking this is the best way to get good power on moderate boost. 20-25 daily

I had a .48 hot side on a t3/t04e back in the day on a stock b18a. It was very, very fun. Seemed really well-sized for the motor, had full boost by like 2600ish, IIRC. Pulled great all the way to stock redline.
Yeah that sounds ideal for just a fun little street car, or even for small autocross courses.
