I read somewhere that when I set the idle settings that the program light should blink 3 times which it does. But when it comes to any other RPM setting the number of times the program light blinks ranges from 5 - 11, where the number of times the program light blinks increases as the higher the RPM setting gets. Is this correct? I'd appreciate any help guys.
