If you rebuild it hone the rod bearing surfaces or get new rods and regrind/polish the crank. Consider it maintenance. Probably cost about $150 for the whole shabang.

some of those main caps look like they got a little hott. is that dirty grease or are the caps that blueish color?

it was the way the picture was taken and grease.

time to replace all seals and gaskets u have leaking now and clean it up!
chnage waterpump/timing belt and headgasket while ur at it along with the plugs to
