Default Place to get engine built in VA?

I was originally looking at Exospeed Racing to build my motor, but due to recent price increases, plus the fact that they are in CA, I just can't go with them.

I'm going to be doing a D16A6 w/ Arias Pistons, Eagle Rods, and ARP Rod Bolts. The head will be worked on by endyn, so that isn't an issue.

Has anyone gotten their motor built by a shop in VA? I basically need a shop that can hot-tank, bore/hone, and PROPERLY assemble my motor, replacing anything that needs it along the way. I really do not want a shop that has little to no experince with Honda motors.

The last thing that I want is to drop in my newly built turbo motor and have it spin a bearing or have a major oil problem or something stupid.

If this post is against the FI Forum rules, sorry, I checked the rule page and didn't see anything against it.

-Thanks!

A big deal to me. I want a good relationship with my builder so he knows exactly what I want and I have confidence he can do it.

Jim is a great guy to deal with. He doesn't mind sharing his knowledge with you and answering any question you could come up with about engine machining, which can't be said for alot of people

http://www.justiceracingengines.com/

plus i was surprised that the quote he gave me over email was a few hundred dollars less then the quote i got from Inline
