ok i have a 89 civic h/b and i am doin all the piping and i wanted to know if i can cut a whole on the frame(the side that goes to the turbo)insted of go all the way up thro the whole that the washer fluid holder was and and then back down to the turbo,i wanted to know if i do that will if expletive up anything or anything at all

i would way rather go go through the washer hole. i dont think i would want to cut my frame imo
