that's a 4th gen civic not a rex, and it is an audio console, optional thru the dealer, you can probably find them new.

If your trying to relocate your head unit to the lower din. I think http://www.jdmfan.com has all the part #'s and stuff to do it.

i dont think you can get that at the dealers anymore..they stopped producing them. but thats an optional console.
