anyone have a pic of how to put one in? i have a deltagate(hole in the diaphram), and a tial style one, now the y both stay open at idle but im sure the reason for the deltagate is the torn diaphram, but the tial style one stays open as well, and i dont remember seeing the "fire ring".

Does the deltagate use one?
will the tial one fit in my knock off?

 

and heres a pic of my old *** deltagate.

 

deltagate does not have a fire ring.

its a 1.5 inch OD metal ring with a bevel/recessed groove that will fit the valve face perfectly.

 

 

Does anyone have a pic of how it goes into the wastegate...
i know what it looks like.

 

the same way its facing in that pic. just put the wastegate on top of it.
