looks like that muff hangs pretty low, is that the same muff used w/the 92-95 HB? anynoe know?don't want to scrape it

i have the thermal 3" on my hatch with an eibach prokit(its a 93) and i never scrape. i am going to sell my thermal fairly soon too if you are interested. Im in NM.

Here's mine on my 4th gen... Yours won't have the muffler sideways like this, but I like the Bling Bling quality it brings to the back of the car... tucks nicely, without bumping or scraping on anything!

Sorry, it had just woken up that rainy morning from a 6 month nap, so no wash at the time.

 

Here are some old school pics of the thermal 3" exhaust on my hatch. Hatch looks different but exhaust is obviously still the same with the exception of a 3" resonator that has been welded in that is not pictured:

 

 

thanks for the pics, looks good, how's the sound? Is it annoyingly loud?

 

that looks real clean, can you hear the turbo through it..

 

What happened? was it too loud?

 

I ran the exhaust when it was all motor and it was freaking loud as hell! Now with the turbo it sound awesome, mean as hell. I love it, its not super loud, but deep as hell. I def. recommend the exhaust

 

i have my thermal 3: muffler for sale if anyone is interested never used

 

i give it a for the bling factor but with just the exhaust the way it come from Thermal its a bit too loud and cops here in SF looks for the shiney stuff and will pull u over if its excessive....i rather grab one of mkteller8 exhaust kits for 225 and weld on a couple of resonators and a turbo N1...all for under 500 and would looka nd sounds awesome....

yea i noticed that, thats why i was at the shop that day,....... but that pic was taken over two years ago...
