- This was the bitch of an intercooler to tuck behind this damn bumper... it took a **** load of notching but the F-er is finally in !!!

why would you block off half of the intercooler? are you planing on modifying the front bumper to let air go thru the top part of the intercooler?

I hope so as well.

OP has about 50% efficiency with the way the IC is mounted.

the answer to all your questions is yes - the entire bumper/bumper support has been dremeled out. the pics were quick and are bad quality and as u can see.. taken quickly before started raining today..only about 20% is actually hidden... nothing feels better then to work hard on ur project and take pics to show all but as expected from H-T the negative feedback must mandatory ? thanks for all support with my build guys.

Damm that looks really good. The first pics are deceiving from the camera angle, makes it look like alot of the IC is blocked off. But looks great.
