Peakboost kit need b16 start up map!!!!
Hey wats up guys....I know that people prob. post this up every few days, but i need a base map so i can get to the tuner and be able to move my car. I have a s300 and i see that they have a base map for a greddy kit. Will that work for a base map , or does anyone have a map that is close to what i have in my b16a2, with skunk2 stg 1 cams, skunk 2 intake manafold, 60-1, 63.trim turbo, 44mm wast gate, 750 rc injectores, 255 walb. pump, with stock internals. I need a map with low boost....approx 6-8 lbs.. Thanks....

You don't need a boost capable map to get to the tuner. Use a simple map that's rescaled for your injectors, then drive part throttle/out of boost to your tuner.

Just start a new map. Input your injectors and all that stuff. Pull some fuel out/in until it starts. Just follow the datalogger. If you don't have a wideband I suggest you just tow it.

Re: Peakboost kit need b16 start up map!!!! (mtber)
yea i already tried, but the guy who sold me my hondata does not know his *** from his elbo!!!(lol), so thats why im trying to get a little info from you guys...I understand that i'll be able to start the car up with the base map (Greddy Map) that the hondata has in the file part of the s300, but will it be safe to drive without hitting boost to my tuner....my be i just have to contact the tuner and see if he has a base map for me!!!! Another note whats the differnce in haveing a stock map sensor vs a 4 bar, if your keeping boost uder 12psi...
