painting IC
i wanna paint my IC black..will it affect the way it works...any paint you would recommend....post pix if you have done it...

i painted mine with black paint. looks and works great.
but i tried to used some common sense when painting it......i used only a couple light coats of "Duplicolour low gloss black enamel with ceramic base" so it should help dissapate the heat a little better than your regular paint.
so far so good..

well if you ask me painting your intercooler is a big no no. Buy the Anodized JRC FMIC , that would work great. But painting hurts the cooling effect more than you think. 100th of an inch of dust/grime/bug build up can hurt efficency up to 6-10%.
