Default overheating iusse on boosted b18c1

Ok i just got done building my car. Its a b18c1 with a fullrace turbo kit, has a half size radator from full race an a slim fan. Dyno the car an it didnt over heat at all made atlest 20 pulls on the dyno. then took it out for a couple rans an the temp started to jumping up an down but then took it out on the highway an temp was all good. could this be cause by the manifold being to close to the radator? Heres a picture.

if its moving up and down, its probably low coolant, or an air pocket.

this is an airflow issue. you are not getting enough air to your radiator. try running with no front bumper on. I bet ya your car won't over heat (assuming you bled the system correctly)

i am not runing a front bumper, like i sayed it does good on the highway. the only time it does it is when i do a pass an sit there an idel. i am runing that redline watter wetter in my radator. works pretty good but still didnt help with the overheatin iusse when doing a run.

there could be multiple reasons why you are overheating like the guys stated before this post. so start from the beginning 1) check the radiator. i had a small crack in my radiator and did not even notice it until it was almost too late cost me a few bucks to get it fixed. 2) check your fan and ensure that it is running. i also had this problem on my b20t da9. if not that then go further i understand that the motor is fully built but that is not saying that there could not have been a mistake made somewhere. just look it over and find the problem.
