Default overheating during tuning session

i tried to get my car tuned at a local shop today and it seems my car overheats when they get on it. It doesnt overheat when i'm driving it, but i guess it does at the shop. The tuner then said that my radior cap blew off and shot coolant everywhere. Another thing he said was there was steam coming out from my radiator so he thinks i need a new radiator. any suggestions?? I have a stock thermostat in there. should i just take it out???

My mods:

B16a block, stock bore
9:1 arais pistons
crower rods
JDM ITR head
ferrera valves
darton sleeved
T7/T3 turbo
SS tubular manifold
2 1/2 dp
2 1/2 exhaust

boost was set at 11 psi, im trying to tune it to 20 psi

Maybe is not the Head Gasket but extreme heat under the hood..I put a new HG and then the turbo and it overheats a lil...Turns out that it gets soo hot under the hood that the radiator heats up a lot..cant even touch it..

You should try first to reduce heat under the hood with Exhaust wrap or something like that.

just noticed some coolant gushing out the front part of the radiator where it meets core support..Hmmm could that be the reason?!?!? Time to replace.
