Default Out with N/A, in with FI

Well...I've decided to go turbo after staying N/A for about 2 years. I've got a gsr block that has been resleeved to 84.5mm by GE. I'm going to get some crower rods, wiseco pistons 9:1 compression. So thats my plan so far. Next step is a good turbo kit. What is a good turbo kit? I've searched and I'm liking the full-race turbo kit. Any other suggestions? Quality matters the most to me.
