OT: Tech Support Issues

Our company prides ourselves on our quality service and tech support. We put quite a lot of our resources into offering our customers the best support possible. Recently we have been overrun over email and AIM with tech support questions for products that were not purchased through our company or were purchased used. I'm to going to come off sounding not so nice but:
IF YOU DID NOT BUY YOUR PRODUCT FROM OUR COMPANY, DO NOT ASK US FOR TECH SUPPORT FOR THIS PRODUCT!
If you are one of these persons, please understand that you are taking away precious time we can use to help our customers who have questions about products they have purchased from us. I'll continue to answer tech questions on the boards because I usually do it away from company hours. Thanks for understanding.
