Serge Lisboa of Altech Racing hit a 9.70 @ 145mph in his turbo civic yesterday at Cayuga Speedway, Cayuga Ontario - he was doing test and tune runs in between the JP day (domestic event). the track was very loose yesterday as we had atleast 3 domestics come close to the guard rail and one camaro tail slapped the rail 1/8th mile.
