Default ONE bad cylinder???

cyl# 2 plug is covered in sutt and same for that exhaust port has more than ususal carbon buildup, what could be some of these causes???
things i have checked:
spark plug seal are good no oil leaking in cylinder
injectors all seem to pulse tick the same
compression and leakdown all came back good.
my next step is to pull the rail off and switch the injectors around to see if it's actually an injector, but i pulled them off my running turbo hatch and swapped onto new motor, so i dunno??
just tryin to get other suggestions

Send them out to be flow bench tested, only a couple bucks per injector.

Most places have 1 day turnaround times also.

well i figuered id post this for a search in the future but i think i found my problem, pulled the head off and the cylinders look just as good as when i got it from the machine shop so the block should be good the head looks good also, except i noticed that the intake valves on cyl2 which is the carbonized one i was having issues with, seems really clean the piston is cleaner than the others and the intake valves are shiny still. When i pulled the head off i noticed that my dumbass did not install the head dowell pins, so im thinkin that in full boost when i was tuning or beating the **** out of the car the head gasket shifted and caused a very tiny coolant leak into that cylinder, coolant will clean the **** out of anything when its extremely hot, so lets see if thats the issue. Im goin to reinstall head and let ya know
