Default Is it ok to buy a sleeved block?

I live in the UK, and the opportunity has come up for me to buy a USED sleeved block from the states. IT IS:

Golden Eagle Sleeved B16A block with main caps AND CRANKSHAFT IS STILL ON THE BLOCK AND ALSO THE BLOCK COMES WITH OIL PUMP WATER PUMP HAS 5680 MILES ON EVERYTHING . Block decked by golden eagle. The sleeves are bored @ 84.0 MM WITH O-RING groove at top. Block never sprayed or boosted CRANKSHAFT WAS MICROPOLISH

Is it ok to buy this and put in my own low compression pistons and rods without any work being done? Or is it a little more complicated than that?

I cant afford a new one and this is going at an amazing price. In the UK Block sleeving costs over $2000!!!! thats why i want to try and get this
THANKS

Josh

It's fine. Fresh hone, new bearings, inspect the crankshaft, new oil pump, new o-ring, etc.
