I need to know how to tap off that for my turbo oil feed

you're not going to Tap it off, you're TEEing it off..

this is off my Oil feed line kit assembly instruction,

Well I need to know what fittings to buy to do this (size) also where the sending unit is located. I can't seem to find it.

I know I sound stupid but Im new to Hondas, gave up a camaro for it.

You can get rid of the mullet now.

Anyway, buy Stan's setup. Cheap, effective and makes your life easier.
