I sell the Function7 brand oil restrictors, in both -3An and -4AN for T3 turbos.

We recommend restriictors for a -4AN line, and no restrictor when running -3AN.

Ball bearing turbos are more susceptible to pressure-related seal leakage/failure so restrictors are strongly recommended whether you go with -3 or -4 on a ball bearing turbo.
