Default Oil in my coolant system?

I am trying to figure out where it is possible to get oil in my coolant system. The only places I can think of this happening is the Head Oil Control Orfice to the coolant holes on the head (Head gasket) or some how the Oil Cooler has failed.

I am running 23 pounds of boost and it runs fine but the oil in my coolant system is ending up in the overflow and is also warping the rubber on my radiator cap.

Any other opinions would be great.

Thanks.

From what I have heard, that usually means bad head gasket or a cracked sleeve. But I think you would know it if you had a cracked sleeve Have you done a compression/leakdown test??

Are you using head studs?

if you did a compression test and leakdown with those numbers showing fine, its just the head lifting under boost. It happens all the time even with arps. The head will lift slightly and let a little oil into the coolant passage. If it wsa a blown head gasket, you would have poped a hose/radiator or the car would be over heating. Sometimes the boost can creap and push through a little oil through the layers of a head gasket. Try a cometic....or if your on a cometic, try a stock. This usually happens with a little more power though...in the 500-600s.

Thanks guys.
I am going to retorque my head and see if that helps, If it doesn't I will replace the headgasket and use a little bit of hondabond around the vtec oil feed and the head oil control orifice.
