Default oil leaking from valve cover

i have a 5th gen turbo prelude, the cheapest setup, stock internals, 450cc, VAFC, that's it, runs good until i cranked it up to 10 psi and now it cuts off @ 6k. But the thing its that oil and smoke fumes are gushing out of the valve cover breather hole. Question is, are my rings shot or can i just plug that hole and turn down the boost?

well you need tuning. you cannot just boost it till your running 11's. but it does sound like ringlands like komat said. GL.
