Default Oil Cooler Size?

I have been looking into getting an Oil Temp gauge and an oil cooler very shortly. My oil temp seem like they are thru the roof. As a temp fix i put thicker oil in it, but ultimately i want to look at an oil cooler.

What would be a decent size cooler to run?
Also where are people mounting these things to keep things cool?
any pics are nice. I dont even think ihave seen how they hook up before. I have checked thru the archives and i really didnt get what i was looking for.

I know the one that b&m sells works pretty well and I was going to run that one, but summit also sells a dual filter relocation kit that includes a oil cooler. And it's only like 129.

Then I would say the b&m would be good. I was looking at the summit catalog and they sell many type of oil/trans Cooler same thing.

there's the b&m one, pwr, mocal, earls, fluidyne, greddy (which comes with a thermostat), and you can check your local autozone.

I'm running an 11 x 5.75" B&M cooler and it lowered my oil temps 20 degrees just by running the turbo feed line to it b/f going to the turbo.

you won't need a sandwich plate if you run your oil feed line to the cooler and then from the cooler to the turbo

If you run it this way, will there be adequated pressure and oiling into the turbo? Also, by going this routh, you wouldn't have to tap the block for an oil source right?

i didnt like the B&M the filter kept unscrewing itself and i kept blowing o-rings on the adapter because they were machined improperly.

B&M stepped up and sent me a new adapter gratis, but I ended up selling the kit.
