Default OIL catch can question

i know you guys are sick of this and there are many threads but let me get this right...i seen the diagram drawn up by T.O.O. and to CORRECTLY hook up the catch can you dont use the nipple from the valve cover or the intake right? the hose from the motor to the oil seperator stays and you replace the hose from the oil seperator to the intake mani so it goes from the O.S. to the catch can...then a hose from the catch can back to the intake mani where i replaced the hose? if im wrong someone please correct me..
