Oil from breather?
Recently I have noticed that there is a small amount of oil on my breather filter, and a little bit on the 3rd and 4th runner of my intake manifold. It is obvious that it is coming from the breather on the valve cover, I would just like to know what could case this. And just to let you know, this motor is heavily boosted.
Thanks
EDIT: Also, the motor only has 2,000 on the new build

its the pressure on the crank case
if u have aliminated the PCV system, since theres no more vacum from the intake, the blowby increases
i have good compression numbers'
and i get a lot of blowby
thats why i went and got a catch can

I don't think the blowby will increase because there is no vacuum on the PCV from the intake. Even the Endyn catch can (off-road) setup does not hook up to vacuum on the intake manifold.

ben, that is what I am hearing, I just get kinda worried, being how paranoid i am about my car. I just want to make sure everything is ok internal wise!
What does it mean if my compression is perfect, but it is still happening?
I am sure a catchcan is the answer....just want to make sure

Catch can is not going to solve the problem. The only difference that will happen is instead of having to wipe up the extra oil off the manifold every now and then you're going to have to dump out your catch can. Oil is still going to come out. It's supposed to. That means it's working.
