Default Oil problems? Which should i use?

Got my turbo set up all done and its working good but ive had a problem with smoke. First time the oil return was a bit low and oil was backing up. I think this caused the seals to go because even when it was sorted it still smoked. Had new seals fitted and rebalanced but at times it still smokes. When it gets up to temp, sometimes when i come to a stop in traffic it will smoke a little for a few second and then is fine again. i carnt see smoke when on boost so i dont think it is the seals again. the seal have only been in 100 miles.

Could it be that my oil is too thin and when it get hot its really thin? as I dont have a oil cooler. Im using a fully synthetic 5/40

What grade are you guys running?

Ok i think ive sorted it. i was running 5w/40, swapped to 15w/50 and the smoke has stoppped. I think it was getting way to hot and passing the seals that way.
The performance is not as good tho, you could really feel the vtec kick in second gear and it tried to spin the wheels in the dry but now it feels a lot smoother.
