Finally got my Vi-Pec ECU back into my turbo 99 SiR. Started it up and below 2500rpm, it makes a wicked rattling noise on drives side of the motor. Over winter we took it apart to make sure all was good, all new seals, etc. I took the belts off to see if it was altenator or power steering, but it's still making the noise. Anyone have a clue? Timing is way off? The ECU has a basemap, but a horrible one at that.
