Default OBDI vs. OBDII H22 blocks

How much stronger are the closed deck H22 blocks than the open decks? Just wondering what the consensus is for approximate max boost on the stock closed deck.

The problem with h22 blocks is that the ringlands are weak on the piston.

A phenomenal difference when you build the motor. We did one that was able to run over 532whp based upon the Closed deck block

on the stock sleeves? I realize the ringlonds are the first thing on the **** list, just wondering if the closed deck H22's are anything as strong as SR20 blocks that im used to working on. The ringlands on a SR20DE (non-turbo) can live to about 22psi-mine saw 24, and they're the first thing to go also when boosting -from sheer power (read everything tuned right).
