Default OBD2/inspection question/00 si

Car is a 2000 civic si...I live in NJ...i tired of switching parts/ looking for a sleezy garage to get my car inspected...what are my options?...I really dont want to go back to an FMU setup...are there any managment setups that will allow for an OBD2 ecu?...and like I said Im tired of switching out everything just to get the car inspected...any advice would be appreciated...set-up is below...thanks for any help

Not much you can do, i have my car setup on a bluebox and stock ECU with 310cc injectors for emissions...just something we have to deal with having OBD-2 cars
