heyguys im lookin into running an obd1 ecu on my 99 civic obd2(b), but will and obd1 ecu be compatible with saturated injectors? what other considerations would i have to make?

plus does anyone know where that list of all the manufcaterers turbocharged cars and what turbo they came stock with,, it was floating around the internet before cant find it anymore!
