Default o2 sensors

Ive got a 2000 ex, that im turboing, buying most of my stuff from spoolin , my question is my car has 2 o2 sensors, now when i put on the manifold and the rubo I will only have one o2 hole.

Im going to be running a p28 so do i need both o2 sensors plugged in? Or just one?
