Default O2 Sensor placement with an E-Cutout; before or after?

As far as daily driving is concerned which would be best? I currently have a wideband before and the stock O2 sensor after the cutout. Car is on Crome Pro, semi street tuned. I would think before because once the cutout is open, the stock O2 is not reading anything so any advice?

Obviously Before!

And you don't want it right by it either, I think a good foot before would be best.
