i recently got my ITR block resleeved from golden eagle mfg . i noticed it wasnt o-ringed . i plan boosting 20+psi . should i have it o-ringed ? any help would be great .

I think GE recommends their step deck design over O ringing so you might want to check and see if that was done to yours. If they did incorporate that when they sleeved your block then you don't need the O rings. If they didn't, a freshly decked block and a set of ARP headstuds will hold 20psi.
