hey everyone, I got a 99 civic ex (d16y8) and I just went to start the car for the first time after installing the turbo kit and the motor wont turn over, it sounds like its just about to start, but wont start up all the way (almost if the battery is dead).

any general ideas of why this could be?

note: battery is charged and we are getting power to everything else.
